I was the chance to be involved with the 56 day program and jumped at the chance, for 2 main reasons.
Firstly I blew my knee out about 18 months ago, that resulted in a full knee recon. During the recovery my weight ballooned and my fitness disappeared. Since then I have struggled to get back to my previous shape, and motivation has been hit and miss at best. I want to compete and fight again this year, before I get too old and I’m using this as a launching pad to get back in shape to compete.
Secondly it gives me a chance to learn from one of the few trainers in Australia that I respect and look up too.
It’s going to be a fun ride!!
