When asked why I wanted to make a change in my life by embarking on a 56 day Shredded program, I thought ‘Why not?’ I’ll try anything once. For most of my adult life I have been a member at a gym, having a somewhat hot/cold relationship with them, mainly slugging it out in a Spin room. In the past year, I have mainly done what I now call ‘lazy boy weights’. I have seen some results, however felt like a dramatic change. On personal note, I am highly competitive and have an addictive personality.
It helped going into the program knowing that I have the support of not only TJ, but a group of people offering suggestions, sharing doubts, answering questions.
