Last May I flipped my life upside down. I separated from my husband of almost 8 years, and got my dream job as PT Regional overseeing 13 clubs in one of the toughest regions in the company. As much as I love the job the challenge was overwheling and a far cry from Fitness Manager at a Womens only club. So I got slammed with stress. Balancing my new job & my 3 kids was not an easy task & my body suffered from the stress. As did my workouts. I was sick for nearly 6 months. Finally in December things started to fall into place with my new “normal” I was feeling better but struggling to find motivation to get back to working out like I used to. All my clothes felt different & I felt like I had undone 3 years of workouts. I got a call in February that Best Health magazine wanted to run a story about me & that was the final straw. Facing the new reality of my fitness & health & the way I looked. Then I saw your challenge & its exactly what i needed. I needed a goal & a little pressure Im super pumped to get back on track!
